• Parts for Trucks will remain open, since our role of providing parts and service to the truck and transport industry is critical to keeping your essential services operating

• We are restricting walk-in traffic at many stores to comply with government legislation, but our service, parts and warehouse staff remain committed to serve your business needs

• Our sales team will no longer be visiting your location but will stay in touch with you via email and phone and we will continue to deliver parts using our own trucks and couriers

• If you use us for service, our team is wearing gloves and wiping down high touch areas when driving vehicles in and out of our facilities

• Express ( continues to be the best way to check stock and order parts. If you need access, please email for your login details

• We have added team members to our customer service call centre to ensure you can always get through to us on the phone and so we can answer any of your parts and service needs

• We have temporarily suspended Saturday openings at some locations, but our team is still available for call-in service

• As noted in my previous communication, our cleaning schedules have been increased and focused on high touch areas, we have suspended unnecessary business travel and our employees are required to self-isolate if they travelled outside of the country for the previous 14 days or if they show symptoms.

We continue to hold large amounts of inventory to serve your needs and do not anticipate any supply chain disruptions.

Please stay safe & healthy and thank you for your continued support,

To our valued customers,

For over 100 years, Parts for Trucks has been a member of Canada’s business community and during this unprecedented event our hearts go out to those affected by COVID-19. We wanted to reach out to let you know of our plans for dealing with the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Parts for Trucks knows that you rely on us to keep your equipment in operation and we take that relationship and responsibility very seriously. With that in mind we have put several steps in place to ensure the safety and health of our team, our customers and to ensure business continuity in this uncertain time.

  • Our employees are required to self-isolate for 14 days if they return from travel outside of the country and we are taking further steps to limit transmission by asking those that show symptoms to stay home and contact their local health centre to be diagnosed. We will continue to advise all employees to stay home from work, self-isolate and keep social distance as situations warrant.
  • We have increased cleaning frequency at our locations with a focus on high touch and traffic areas.
  • Our team has eliminated all non-essential travel and group related training, conferences, meetings and social events but will continue to visit customers locally in a healthy and safe manner.
  • Our online e-commerce platform, Parts for Trucks Express (, is connected real-time to our inventory availability and is available 24/7. If you are not currently using Express, please contact us for your login credentials since this is the easiest and fastest way to order parts. If you do not have your username and password, please visit the account setup link here or email:
  • If you prefer to phone in, we have a virtual customer service team ready to help with your orders and questions. This integral part of our organization works from home but has full access to our systems and can check stock, help with parts questions and expediate shipments. For access, please contact your account representative.
  • Our 19 distribution centers are well stocked and able to provide a redundant supply of product throughout eastern Canada and our 6 service centers provide a variety of options for your fleet’s maintenance. Our contact page has all the information you need to reach any one of our centres:

We will continue to monitor the situation and remain focused on providing you with the parts and service you need.

Thank you for your continued support,

Corey Miller, President and CEO, Parts for Trucks, Inc.
