To Qualify:
- Photo must be taken by you
- You must be a Canadian resident
- Parts for Trucks employees are not eligible.
How to Take a Great Photo
- Photo should be high resolution
- Photo should be taken in landscape
- Make sure the sun is behind you when you take the picture
- Make sure there are no prominently displayed logos in the image
- Make sure the background isn’t too busy
You may submit as many times as you would like, duplicate photos will not be counted.
The Boring Stuff (Rules & Regulations)
- You must be the author of the picture and submitted in his/her/their name.
- The entrant must be the copyright holder.
- A picture can only be entered once. Pictures submitted more than once will be removed from the contest.
- Pictures must not be watermarked
- .Copyright holders retain the copyright of their work. Copyright holders grant the Parts for Trucks and all affiliated companies unlimited non-exclusive use of high-resolution pictures for activities in all media, including social media, online and print, in relation to the contest, the exhibition, and all promotional and educational activities, without any remuneration being due.
- The copyright holders represent and warrant that submission of the pictures does not breach any law, and further that no third party can hold any claims or any objections regarding the rights granted to Parts for Trucks specified in article 5. The copyright holders will hold the Parts for Trucks and all affiliated companies harmless of any claims from third parties related hereto.
- The conditions set out in the Entry Rules are binding, and Parts for Trucks reserves the right to refuse or exclude any entry at its own discretion.
