Marketing & Communications Coordinator

OVERVIEW
Join an industry leader in heavy-duty truck parts sales and FIND YOUR DRIVE as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Parts for Trucks.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, creative individual with excellent project management skills to join our well-respected team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in coordinating the marketing activities and initiatives to help Parts for Trucks achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Produce professional communications for internal and external distribution, in both English and French, including emails, newsletters, flyers, blog articles, press releases, website and social media copy.
- Maintain and develop written copy for company website and other material. Translate information as required, including data and content. Ensure communication style is consistent with PFT brand.
- Create and maintain communications calendar. Research and introduce new forms of technology to improve communications.
- Plan, coordinate or support company events (golf tournaments, trade shows, customer events, etc.) including on-site execution, and booking travel and accommodations as needed.
- Source and obtain quotes for merchandise, signage, decals, etc. Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of relevant post-secondary education in business or marketing, with at least two years of experience in a comparable position.
- Bilingual (English/French) written and spoken is a requirement.
- Above average writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, along with considerable organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding people skills and ability to demonstrate sound judgement.
