Need to manage who can do what on your account? Setting user permissions can do just that.

Available Permission Sets

Accounts Payable A user with this permission can view orders, view open invoices, view account balances, and make payments. 
Order Approver A user with this permission can approve and unapprove orders that are awaiting approval. 
Checkout with Purchase Order A user with this role can pay for an order with a purchase order at checkout. 
View All Locations A user with this role can view all locations on the account. 
View Assigned Locations A user with this role can only view locations that they are assigned to. 
View All Orders A user with this role can view all orders that have been placed on the account. 
View Assigned Location Orders A user with this role can only view orders that have been placed on locations that they are assigned to. 
Edit All Locations Allows access to edit all locations. 
Edit Assigned Locations Allows access to edit assigned locations. 
View Pricing A user with this role can see pricing for products on the website and on order invoices. 
View Employee Notifications A user with this role can see notification preferences for employees on this account. 
Edit Employee Notifications A user with this role can edit notification preferences for employees on this account. 
View Employees A user with this role can view employees on this account. 
Edit Employees A user with this role can edit employees on this account. 
View All Quotes A user with this role can view all quotes that have been placed on the account. 
View Assigned Location Quotes A user with this role can only view quotes that have been placed on locations that they are assigned to.
